After 20 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem, I believe there is a fundamentally better way to deliver transformation. At iconica, we’re bringing senior architects back to the centre, using AI to transform how work gets done, and building around outcomes rather than billable effort.
Our ambition is to create the world’s most trusted ServiceNow transformation partner.

I co-founded Aspediens when ServiceNow was still relatively unknown. We grew it from Geneva into one of Europe’s leading ServiceNow consultancies, with 150 people across Europe and more than 700 projects delivered.

Teambook started with a problem we had ourselves: we couldn't find a good way to plan professional services resources. So we built one.
